Term: Temporary Part-Time
Hours of Work: 12 Hours/week
Wage Range: $28.53-$31.64/hour
The School’s Out Facilitator is responsible for carrying out developmentally appropriate activities for children aged six to eleven during the after-school program. They will identify the abilities and interests of program participants, access community resources as needed, model healthy social interactions and maintain a welcoming, safe environment while attending to the day to day operations of the program.
Education, Training and Experience
1. Certificate in human services, recreation or a related field
2. Six (6) months recent related experience
or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
3. Criminal Record Check at hire
4. Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence
