Salt Spring Commons is an affordable housing project on a 5-acre property owned by Island Community Services, within the Ganges Village area and adjacent to an established pedestrian trail leading to Ganges Village and Mouat’s Park.
The Salt Spring Commons complex includes 24 two and three bedroom units and a common house facility.
Using land owned by the organization and ideally suited for family housing, Island Community Services developed this project to provide high quality rental homes below market rate. The property’s close proximity to schools and services, location within an existing residential neighbourhood, and natural setting make it an ideal place for people to live.
