For all tenant maintenance requests, please fill out the Tenant Maintenance Request Form online and submit. If your request is after normal business hours, and this is a maintenance emergency, please call 250-537- 7011.
There are currently no vacancies. When there are available units, Island Community Services will post the availability here on our website and on the Salt Spring Exchange. At that time we will invite all applicants seeking housing to fill in our online tenant application form which will become available at that time.
We do not accept application forms when there is no availability or maintain a waiting list.
Tenants are required to be registered with BC Housing for Salt Spring Commons. Please see https://housingapplication.bchousing.org/olf/faces/welcome
Tenants for both Salt Spring Commons and Murakami Gardens are selected based on a number of criteria, and not on a “first come” basis. We do not maintain a waiting list.
