Tenant Complaint Form

Please fill out the following form if you have a complaint regarding the conduct of a resident or guest in your building or complex. 

Please note that Community Services’ employees do not attend the property in person to deal with issues that require the assistance of either the RCMP or SPCA.

In order to act on this information, the form must be completed in full. Your name and contact details will be held in confidence, however the details of your concern below, may be used as evidence should this matter be subject to Dispute Resolution under the Residential Tenancy Act, a court action or a police investigation.

Please note that Tenant Complaints are taken very seriously.
