Explore how to move from your centre (Dantien) in any form or martial art.

With 40 years of Tai Chi experience, plus expertise in Feldenkrais and the Mitzvah technique, your teacher will guide you in developing self-awareness through movement.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Understanding Chi energy and the Dantien;
  • Creating support through the pelvis hips, knees and ankles;
  • Developing a straight spine, relaxed muscles and fluid movement;
  • Experiencing the flow of Chi through proper alignment.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and begin your journey into Tai Chi with mindful, centred movement.
