Early Childhood Programming at Family Place has started a new season with a host of opportunities for families of children aged 0-6.
The Parent-Child Mother Goose Program is an interactive program for parents and children, birth to 6 years to share in the pleasure and power of songs, rhymes and stories, in partnership with the Salt Spring Public Library.
In partnership with Braehaven, and in collaboration with the Seniors’ Community Connector, a new season of Intergenerational Mother Goose programming begins at Braehaven. The Intergenerational Mother Goose Program is for elders, parents, caregivers, and children.
For parents and babies in the First Year, there is the Island Infants Circle to create a circle of support with other families.
For the third trimester of pregnancy, Pre-Natal Education classes will be held in December, March and June.
