The Core Inn Youth Project Society, which had been operating since 1994, dissolved and merged with ICS to sustain the Core Youth Centre on McPhillips Avenue. ICS has operated the after school youth drop in program and added other services to the accessible and busy site. It promptly became the home base for the ICS Counselling and Clinical Team. The Core has been renovated and improved with accessibility features to accommodate a range of services and programs, while maintaining the vision of it being a hub for youth services.
