FOR PARENTS WITH CHILDREN AGES 2-10
This course provides education in Triple P basics. It helps parents deal with almost any situation that might come up, in ways that are best suited to their own families. (There are further Triple P sessions that are offered after the basic group to look further into parenting challenges)
We will look at:
- Ensuring a safe interesting environment
- Creating a positive learning environment
- Using consistent discipline/teaching our children
- Having realistic expectations
- Taking care of yourself as a parent
