FOR PARENTS WITH CHILDREN AGES 2-10
This course provides education in Triple P basics. It helps parents deal with almost any situation that might come up, in ways that are best suited to their own families. (There are further Triple P sessions that are offered after the basic group to look further into parenting challenges)
We will look at:
– Ensuring a safe interesting environment
– Creating a positive learning environment
– Using consistent discipline/teaching our children
– Having realistic expectations
– Taking care of yourself as a parent
