The summer program provides a structured activity based day program for children and youth age 6-19 with autism or special needs.
Activities take place at Family Place and throughout the community at public facilities. It can include arts and crafts, baking, gardening, walks, sports and games.
The program is funded through the Ministry of Children and Family Development and through the Federal Canada Summer Jobs wage subsidy program.
It runs four days per week through July and August.
