This group is for mothers with infants 0-2 years and focuses on fostering mothers’ wellness by creating resiliency and expanding community connections.

Nutrition
Examine challenges surrounding nutrition and the importance of nutrition when recovering from birth
Exercise
The importance of exercise for your health and well-being (and fun!)
Sleep and Rest
Discussion surrounding sleep patterns and the value of sleep
Time for Yourself
Identify where Moms can create space for themselves to recharge
Postpartum Depression/Anxiety
Moms have a chance to share their challenges and ask questions
Supports/Support Map
Identify existing resources and potential barriers to accessing resources
Our group runs on Tuesdays for 8 weeks starting October 5, 2021 to November 23, 2021
The group is from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and will be Online via ZOOM
