Youth Residential Worker

 Job Title:                 Youth Residential Worker
Hours of Work:       Casual, or Regular Full-time hours (40 hours/week) 
Wage Range:         $19.39 – $22.58  per hour

Job Summary:

The Residential Youth Worker provides supervision and support in a residential setting for youth with moderate to severe developmental, behavior and emotional challenges. Responsibilities include monitoring and attending to the well-being and safety of youth in residence and community environments, contributing as a team member to an individualized care plan, and maintaining a comfortable and clean living environment.

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

  1. Diploma in a youth care, human services or a related field.
  2. Two (2) years recent experience working in a related caregiver or youth support worker role.
  3. Current First Aid certification.
  4. Valid BC Driver’s License
