Hours of Work:          18-29 hours per week (3 positions available)

The Seasonal Shelter Support Worker is part of the team running the Seasonal Shelter. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and compliance with shelter rules, assisting with conflict resolution, monitoring the behaviour of shelter users, and enforcing rule violations. The worker maintains a welcoming environment by engaging in positive and supportive interactions with shelter users. They will assist in case planning and carry out strategies developed for the shelter users. Duties include meal service and clean up, housekeeping such as mopping, bathrooms, laundry and other general cleaning.
